Campus Management Launches New Housing System
Schools Gain Powerful Student Life Tools

(Boca Raton, FL - January 28, 2005) - Campus Management Corporation announced today release of a new housing module that integrates with its CampusVue Collegiate™ edition enterprise software for post-secondary institutions. The new housing software application is an integrated, robust and easily configurable system that enables paperless management of student housing.

The housing application provides housing directors and staff with robust facilities configuration tools, providing a highly flexible and configurable framework that allows for future property acquisitions or re-purposing of existing facilities. Seamlessly integrated with student accounts and other key records and reporting functions within the CampusVue system, the new module also automates billing and notification to students. With included reports, administrators can easily predict future vacancies, track student progress through the placement process, and aggregate data on population percentages and trends.

The new application integrates with Campus Management’s CampusPortal web system to enable online delivery of housing-related content and self-service functions. For example, students may apply for housing online using a configurable form which allows schools to assign weight to preferences and priorities, and match roommates based on unique matching points. This special functionality can make it possible for housing administrators to create an overall framework for the student matching process – but also provide students with greater selectivity of housing location, amenities, and their future roommates.
