Terrence Marcel, Vice President, Charlotte Operations, is responsible for leading the team that manages the after-sales relationship with the customer insuring that their expectations are exceeded. Before joining Campus Management, Marcel managed the Customer Satisfaction Center at Invensys (Foxboro Company). He holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. |
