General Counsel and Senior Vice President

Brian H. Nelson, General Counsel and Senior Vice President, is responsible for corporate legal matters and strategic initiatives.  He has extensive experience with corporate, intellectual property and technology transactions for public, private middle market and early stage companies. Brian advises on strategic growth, including financing, acquisitions and commercialization of proprietary products and services.

He has worked with diverse industries, including software, hardware, telecom, entertainment, e-commerce, banking, manufacturing, aviation, travel, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Brian is committed to the continued growth of the Florida community, and he is Chairman and a founder of the South Florida Technology Alliance, a member of the Board of Advisors of FIU's Global Entrepreneurship Center, General Counsel and board member of AdoptAClassroom, and an advisor to the Honey Shine Foundation. Prior to joining Campus Management, Brian was a member of an AMLaw 100 law firm.
