Mahendran Jawaharlal, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for directing
sales strategy and managing customer satisfaction. He has
over 20 years of experience delivering technology solutions
to higher education. Most recently, he was a principal with
the Cincinnati-based PlanIT Group, a consulting firm that
provides technology planning advisories to higher education
institutions. Previously, Mr. Jawaharlal was president and
CEO of CARS Information Systems. He holds a BA in Computer
Science from Monmouth College.
